Silent Meditation & Yoga
Retreats involve an extended period of Noble Silence, allowing time to focus the mind with minimal talking, activity, or distraction. You will be able to maximize the amount of time each day that you spend meditating. There will be a daily check-in with 1:1 instruction, daily yoga classes and 3 meals a day as well as a nightly dharma talk with Q&A from the group. All levels are welcome.
